This was our first visit to Jake's supper club and we were not disappointed! I had the pan fried walleye with loaded mashed potatoes and my wife had the shrimp scampi with a salad.
My wife said this was the best shrimp she has ever had and I have to say that the pan-fried walleye was awesome!
Whitney was our server and provided first class service. She was very attentive and courteous.
Top Notch Experperience! We arrived at 6:30 on a Friday with 10 in our party. And they found us a spot! Outstanding! The prime rib was superb, and stuffed salmon heavenly. Oh and the Au gratin French Onion the very best! The Old Fashioned with brandy served sweet was a heavenly.
My time here, and I love everything, food, location, and service. Lovely place as supper club. We will come back here for sure with the rest of the family.
Food was excellent!. Our waitress was busy but we did have to wait for refills on our drinks quite often. It was a Saturday night they were very busy. We had made a reservation several days in advance but they could not find us on their sheet - nonetheless we were promptly seated!
Ribs are the best & completely out of this world!
This was the worst steak that I have ever had. I had to spit it out. They did offer to re cook a steak but I refused their offer as it would have taken too long. My husbands potato was not hot or cooked all the way, the butter did not even melt. We used come eat here when our son was in college and it was wonderful. Our sons grooms dinner was also here. The menu is different than the one on the web site. There is not a good steak selection.
Loved this place! The food was very good and our server (Grace) was so accommodating and sweet. Even though they were clearly swamped, she was fast and never left us hanging. One of the best steaks I've had in a while.
Went on a busy holiday season weeknight. The placed was slammed and staff was strained, but service was very friendly, despite some long waits for food and drinks. I got the lamb chop special, which was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Walleye was also quite good. Ordered a wine from the wine list and got the wrong one after a bit of a wait, but it was cheerfully comped. Jake's is always a good experience due to food and staff quality.
One of the quintessential Supper Club in Wisconsin! We drove up from the Milwaukee area on a whim and it was worth the drive! Ask for Friday night’s Land and sea (a Friday night special that’s not on the menu) because it’s amazing! The beer battered fish and lightly breaded fish specials were equally delicious. Duane Shaw’s live organ supper club tunes completed the experience.
